Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to increased demand, please allow us a current delivery time of 7 to 21 working days.
Do you also ship your products internationally?
We currently only ship our products within Germany and Switzerland. More will follow soon.
Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over 49.91 euros.
For orders up to 49.90 euros we charge 4.95 euros shipping.
Shipping costs will be charged for deliveries to Switzerland.
How can I track my order?
As soon as the delivery has been sent, you will receive a tracking number from us with all further details and a link where you can track your order.
Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your shipment to be tracked.

How do I get a return label?
Unfortunately, we do not provide you with a return label, so you will have to write the address on your parcel yourself.
You can find all information about returns in our cancellation policy.
Are there any costs for returns?
Yes, unfortunately, you will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the goods yourself. We ship the goods to you free of charge, so we expect them to be returned free of charge as well. Please understand!

How long can I return products?
After receiving the goods, you can return them to us within 14 days.
How long does it take to process the return?
Processing your return usually takes two to three weeks.
In what condition must the product be returned?
The product must be returned in perfect condition.
If the item is returned damaged or dirty, we reserve the right to claim a refund.
